GRAND BALLROOM

Welcome to The Ballroom, where history and elegance converge to create an unforgettable event space. Our premium banquet hall, bathed in the soft glow of chandeliers, sets the stage for weddings, galas, and milestone celebrations.

GATHERING TABLE

Our versatile event space, perfect for intimate dining and small meetings. Our modern venue features a top-notch food service kitchen, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. With advanced audio and video capabilities, it's ideal for business presentations. The flexible layout, stylish decor, and professional ambiance make it a great choice for creating memorable moments in dining and small meetings.

PRICING

  • Single Day Package for Friday OR Saturday OR Sunday
    (8 am-12 am) $800 

     

    Single Day Package for any day Monday-Thursday
    (8 am-10 pm): $600 

     

    Multi-Day Event Package

    (Begin Friday 8 am – end Saturday 12 am + 2 hours tenant cleanup time on Sunday morning) - $1000 

     

    Weekday Partial Day Package (Monday-Friday [Weekday events must take place during Kanokla normal business hours 8am – 5pm]) tenants shall choose a 5-hour time block. Tenant set up & clean up included in the five-hour block of time. $300 

     

    Weekend Partial Day Package (Friday after 5pm OR Saturday OR Sunday) 5-hour time block. Tenant set up and clean up included in the five- hour block of time. $400 

     

    Hourly Rates Entire Space

    Monday - Thursday Before 5 pm: $75/hr

    Monday - Thursday After 5 pm: $100/hr

    Friday OR Saturday OR Sunday: $100/hr

     

    All packages and above hourly rates include

    • Optional in-person guided tour

    • Use of dining hall

    • 6-foot round tables - seats up to 160

      • Fire marshal capacity for the entire venue: 250

    • Chairs

    • *Tablecloths

    • *Use of audio/visual screen and sound system

    • Warming kitchen (includes commercial fridge, ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, 2 sinks)

    • 10% off at our Design studio for design/print services

  • Small Meetings (20 occupants or less): 
     

    Monday - Thursday Before 5 pm: $50/hr
     

    Monday - Thursday After 5 pm: $75/hr
     

    Friday OR Saturday OR Sunday: $75/hr

     

    Gathering Table Space Event Rental includes:

    • Optional in-person guided tour and options list from event staff

    • 6-foot round tables or rectangle tables

    • Chairs

    • *Tablecloths

    • *Use of 84-inch screen 

    • Warming kitchen (includes commercial fridge, ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, 2 sinks)

    • 10% off at our Design studio for design/print services

  • *Tablecloths are washed and folded, event center will provide steamers for use for any wrinkles.

     

    *Using the screen and sound system requires a 30-minute scheduled training with IT event staff before the event. If training does not occur, screen and sound cannot be utilized. We can provide an event staff member to run basic sound and screen for the event for an additional $150/hour


    Block both lodging rooms off for the event: $250 ($50 discount)
